By browsing treetoneshop.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. Where an order is cancelled, nothing is charged — Tree Tone is cash on delivery, so no payment is taken in advance.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees for orders within Pakistan. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.

Payment

All orders are cash on delivery. Payment is collected in full by the courier at the point of delivery. Please have the exact total ready.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within Pakistan. Delivery is free on orders over PKR 3,000; a flat fee applies below that threshold and is shown at checkout before you confirm. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

International orders

We ship outside Pakistan by arrangement. Submit an international delivery inquiry from any product page and we will reply with availability and charges. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order from your dashboard at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and batches. Our products are cosmetic and wellness goods, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Patch-test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or to submit fake reviews.

Reviews

Reviews may only be submitted for products you have actually received. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your review and any attached photographs on the site. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or off-topic.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, imagery, branding and design — belongs to Tree Tone and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
